Find your practice by searching with the zip code.

3.REGISTER

Create an account with your email address. Make sure your practice has the same email address on file. If not, give them a call to update it.

4.VERIFY

Check your inbox for the verification email. You must click the verification link to activate your account.

5.LOG IN

Log in to your Petlocity account to view your pet’s information.

6.TRACK. EARN. ENJOY.
