We want to thank you for trusting us to care for your pet. It’s a privilege to be part of their health journey. To continue providing thorough, safe, and compliant service, we are implementing a medical processing fee for prescriptions requested through outside pharmacies (such as Chewy, 1-800-PetMeds, Petco, Amazon, etc.).
Effective immediately, a $10 medical processing fee will be applied for each request submitted to an external pharmacy.
This fee helps cover the administrative time involved in:

Reviewing and verifying your pet’s medical records

Communicating with third-party pharmacies

Ensuring prescriptions are filled safely and accurately
Please note: There is no fee when prescriptions are filled through our in-house pharmacy or our trusted online pharmacy, which are monitored directly by our medical team to ensure timely and accurate service.

NOTE: Please allow 48 hours for order processing. Some prescriptions will require an examination of your pet prior to re-filling. Many prescriptions require your pet to be examined before dispensing. This ensures that your pet is healthy enough to handle the potential side effects of some prescriptions and provides further confirmation that the medication is appropriate for your pet’s current condition.
